Jim is self-funding his campaign from the small amount of savings he's put aside from his job as a UNO professor. So, there's no big staff or communications team.

And, as you can probably tell, there was no professional team creating this website-- Jim made it himself and is the one running it!

Yes, it's not flashy, but that fits the basis of this whole campaign: simple, authentic, and content-rich. Substance over style. Real ideas over political platitudes. Direct communication over spin.

Jim understands that these are the traits that appeal to the voters of the 4th District. Ponca Hills, North Omaha, South Omaha, and Ralston are the communities that make up the district, and their residents are smart, hard-working, down-to-earth people. So, you can bet that Jim isn't going to insult them with a slick, big-bucks campaign designed to shovel out talking points created by professional campaign consultants. The residents of the 4th District will see right through that and deserve better!
